pain....

was going out to work and going down the staircase... while searching for my phone from my bag.. i miss a step and lost balance.... then i also donno what happen and i managed to balance myself to avoid rolling down the stiars... my god!! i dont remember holding on to the railing as well lei so donno ... and only one part of the 小腿 was hurt.. got scratches.. pain... tomorrow sure blue black one....

was busy in office as wee not areound and cv and chris wanted to leave early... and after work kim ask me for dinner.. actually had not had dinner for the past 4 days liao lei... and kim say nvr mind break fast... so i go... but didnt eat much as well... the 胃really shrink liao lei.. ha
