i dont like 13 ~~~ bell's palsy......

was telling wee lee this morning that i dont like 13... and true enuff something happen.......
after work, met up with dad and mum at sis's place.. sat for a while before proceeding to Zion Road for dinner... while at the dinner, was sitting opposite mum and realised that her facial muscles is weird... her right eye keep blinking and the mouth is slanted to one side... got worried that it will be the symptom of stroke... we quickly rushed to the 24hrs emergency at raffles hospital........ the doctor at the did a quick check and diagnose could be stroke and told us that need to have the opinon from a neurologist before deciding if a head scan is required.
so we made the necessary admission procedure then waited for the neurologist to be here... after examining my mum, doctor says her limbs were ok and reaction was fine.. and stroke will be affecting the half of the either side of the body and not only the facial portion... so at least a load off our heart!! got a scare just now.. he explain this as the Bell's palsy: Paralysis of the facial nerve, the nerve that supplies the facial muscles on one side of the face.

anyway mum still have to stay in the hospital for further observation.. .. taking urgent leave tomorrow.....really i dont like 13....
